9. General

9.1 Should V2 Projects be prevented from fulfilling any of its obligations to you as a result of any event then those obligations shall be deemed to have been suspended to the extent that and for as long as V2 Projects is so prevented from fulfilling them and your corresponding obligations shall be suspended to the corresponding extent.
